Service
We will carry out work where an agreement is provided by email, telephone mail or fax and agree to provide the professional service in any work proposed for. The Customer will have 30 days to notify any problems with the services provided or with the specifications developed during the term of the agreement and provided to the customer documentary form. If Pertune Technologies Ltd is not notified of any problems within this time period, the service performed will be deemed accepted. The term of the agreement will begin on the date that it is signed by both parties and continue until the services are completed but customer can terminate this agreement at any time upon 10 days prior written notice.
Customer agrees to take all reasonable steps to protect any software developed under this agreement and any documentation related to the software from unauthorised copying or use.
Customer may not make or authorise the making of copies or adaptations of any software provided by Pertune Technologies Ltd except as an essential step in the utilisation of the software, or for archival purposes to backup use of the software. All proprietary rights notices must be faithfully reproduced and included on all copies and adaptations.
Customer agrees not to rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, copy, reproduce, display, modify or time share any software provided by Pertune Technologies Ltd in performance of this agreement or any related documentation.
Website design
The website and any scripts or programs are free of errors:
Pertune Technologies Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it. The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Pertune Technologies Ltd until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Pertune Technologies Ltd remain the copyright of Pertune Technologies Ltd and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of our company.
Any additions to briefs provided will be carried out at the discretion of Pertune Technologies Ltd and where no charge is made by Pertune Technologies Ltd for such additions, our Company accept no responsibility to ensure such additions are error free and reserve the right to charge an according amount for any correction to these or further additions.
We will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines. The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Pertune Technologies all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
A deposit of 35% is required with any standard project and 50% for database driven projects before any design work will be carried out. Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. If the client decides they no longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Once full payment is received for a website, it is assumed that the project has been completed to the clients satisfaction and no refunds can be offered. We do offer free updates for a month after completion to allow for any final amendments that may be required.
Website hosting
Pertune Technologies Ltd recommends hosting companies to host websites, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service by our company cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service, or for loss of turnover, sales ,revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss. We have right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or controversial.
Database, Application and E-Commerce Development
Our company Pertune Technologies Ltd cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure products are problem free and accurate, the ultimate responsibility lies with the client in ensuring that all software is functioning correctly before use. Every scripts, applications or software written by Pertune Technologies Ltd remain the copyright of Pertune Technologies Ltd and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Pertune Technologies Ltd . The client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to a site developed by Pertune Technologies Ltd before being made generally available for use.
Website Optimization
The process of optimizing websites itself will bring in more traffic and hits and you'll see visits increase to your site naturally. We cannot accept liability for any change in rankings, or drop off in the position of your website due to changes in the algorithms of the search engines or the factors that they use to rank websites. Our web optimization package also includes W3C standard HTML and CSS validation, loading time check and meta tag check. Hence we are providing low cost; we can only provide email support for this service. We aim to complete this service in 2 working days; however this may take up to 4 working days as per our terms and condition.
Graphic Design
Our graphic design service includes, logo design, business card design, headed paper design and advert banner design. Hence we are providing low cost; we can only provide email support for this service
Payment
A deposit is required from any new client before any work is carried out. It is the Pertune Technologies Ltd policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Pertune Technologies Ltd or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with Pertune Technologies Ltd. If a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.
